City Of London Locksmiths is a Central London based business, offering Locksmith services to business and residential customers throughout the London area.  The company, located in Spitalfields E1, began trading in 1995 and has over 20 years experience in the Security business.

We have an expanding customer base, in and around the Central, City and East London Area, including Office Management Companies, Property & Letting Agents, Landlords, Government Buildings, Building & Maintenance Contractors, Offices, Shops, Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants and Domestic properties. A high proportion of the business comes from repeat customers who are extremely satisfied with our service and frequently recommend our services to colleagues, friends and family.

We offer a free security check to your home or business, exposing vulnerable areas, ensuring your property meets fire and safety regulations and that the locks you have fulfil your insurance company's requirements.

City Of London Locksmiths serve many businesses throughout the London area. We do not use a call centre so you will always be able to speak with a professional locksmith to answer any questions or to solve any problems you may have. We pride ourselves on our polite professional service, quality of workmanship and excellent aftercare.

Based in Spitalfields, E1, with our close proximity to the city, we serve Central London with a 24 hour, fast response service, with an average 20 minutes response time to the City and surrounding areas.  This is important to our customers, as they may require a locksmith to attend an emergency during rush hour and we can still assure them of a fast response.

We open, repair, replace, or fit new locks to improve security to your doors, windows, metal gates, garages, filing cabinets, bicycles, security boxes, safes, letterboxes and just about anything else with a lock on it.
Our locksmiths carry a wide range of all major brands of locks so most jobs can be completed in one visit.  Older or more unusual locks can be sourced and ordered where necessary.  In this instance there will be no extra charge for a second visit.
We will never recommend new locks when only a repair is necessary (see our Green Policy).
We offer free advice over the telephone or via email for all our customers.

We offer discounts for OAP's, Students, Charities and Nurses.
We also offer discounts for home movers needing a multiple lock change (it is always advisable to change the locks when moving into your new home, you don't know who still has keys).
50% Discount on removing bike locks. At City Of London Locksmiths we like to encourage cycling in London. We found many customers experiencing keys breaking in their bike locks or losing their keys. A standard charge seemed to expensive for what was often a quick job so we introduced a 50% discount on bikes released in the following poscodes: E1, E2, EC1, EC2, E3, E8, E9, E14, EC3, EC4, N1, SE1, SE16.
